Building Community
Through the Sharing of a Meal
|
Feast for Southeast is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring people to make a difference in the lives of their neighbors. We have been serving individuals and families in Southeast Portland by providing a traditional meal on Thanksgiving Day. This meal is put together for the community, by the community and is about so much more than food...it's about service, compassion, change, and impact - truly neighbors loving and caring for one another. This year we are hoping to make a larger impact by providing additional items such as hats, gloves, socks and toys at no cost to our guests. With the economic situation being what it is, we feel this is a significant way to make a difference during an important time. You are cordially invited to Thanksgiving Dinner
November 28, 2013 2pm to 4pm Mt. Scott Community Center 5530 SE 72nd Avenue Portland, Oregon 97206 We depend on your kindness to make this possible. To pull off an event of this scale requires many resources and support from you, our community.
